Front Office Receptionist

Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. The role involves welcoming guests, handling inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner Handle check-in and check-out procedures (for hotel/guest house) Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary Manage front desk cash, billing, and basic accounts (if applicable) Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedure
Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS software preferred) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct Prior experience in front office or customer service is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
