We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to manage corporate travel, front desk operations, office administration, vendor coordination, and MetaStay accommodations. The role ensures smooth travel, efficient office functioning, and a professional front-office environment, all within company policies and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Management:
Plan and coordinate domestic/international travel, manage bookings, reimbursements, vendor relations, and maintain travel records and reports.
Front Desk & Visitor Management:
Welcome guests, handle calls/emails, schedule meetings, and maintain a professional reception area.
Facility & Office Administration:
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, courier services, and support office events and onboarding.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to workplace safety and maintain audit-ready records and documentation.
MetaStay Operations:
Oversee student accommodation services
Manage and develop accommodation tie-ups with external partners.
Coordinate with students to ensure smooth housing arrangements, timely communication, and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,807.64 per month
