Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and students in a warm and professional manner
Handle Students & query
Manage telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Keep the front desk clean, organized, and presentable
Provide accurate information about services, rooms, classes, or facilities
Manage bookings, reservations, or registration entries (if applicable)?
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Proficiency in English and Hindi (written & spoken)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
