Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries related to projects
Provide basic information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
Coordinate client site visits with sales team
Maintain visitor records, enquiry registers, and appointment schedules
Assist sales team with documentation and follow-ups
Handle courier, mail, and office coordination tasks
Maintain reception area cleanliness and office discipline
Support admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
