Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
? Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
? Answer and direct phone calls professionally, screening and forwarding as needed. ? Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.
? Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
? Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor management.
? Assist in administrative tasks and office coordination.
? Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow.
Key Requirements:
? Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Experience:
? Minimum
1 year in the service or hospitality industry (
preferred).

3 years of total work experience (preferred).
? Skills & Competencies:
? Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
? Professional appearance and a pleasing personality.
? Excellent verbal and written communication in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
(preferred).
? Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and grace.
? Familiarity with front office procedures and security protocols.
