Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, stationery).
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor passes).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Coordinate with internal departments and support staff as required.
Ensure front desk activities comply with company policies and procedures.
