We are looking for a well-presented, efficient, and people-oriented
Front Office Receptionist cum HR Executive
to manage front desk operations while also supporting basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Handle visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
Coordinate with office boys, housekeeping, and security staff as needed.
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Help with onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR-related databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate basic HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Administration preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic understanding of HR procedures and practices.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
