Key Responsibilities



Client & Visitor Management:

Greet and assist clients, channel partners, and visitors; provide initial information on properties and services; offer refreshments.

Communication :

Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages, redirecting them to relevant agents or departments.

Appointment & Scheduling:

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and meetings for real estate agents and management.

Administrative Support:

Copy, scan, file, and organize documents; manage incoming/outgoing mail and parcels; maintain office supplies.

Sales & Documentation Support:

Assist with client paperwork (booking forms, agreements, registration); update customer ledgers and files; manage documentation for the entire sales cycle.

Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.

Data Management:

Maintain updated records, registers, and databases for clients and inventory.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Personality:

Pleasing, professional, friendly, customer-centric. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Front office

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Organization:

Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.

Technical:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ).

Education:

High school diploma; potentially a degree in hospitality or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
