Key Responsibilities:

Guest/Visitor Management:

Greet, assist, and direct visitors and clients; manage visitor logs.

Communication Hub:

Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, handle inquiries.

Scheduling:

Book and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.

Administrative Support:

Copy, scan, file documents, manage office supplies, handle mail/deliveries.

Reception Area:

Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

Support Functions:

Provide support to other departments as needed, report to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational skills, multitasking, professional demeanor, proficiency in office software.

Environment:

Fast-paced, potentially stressful, with varied hours depending on the industry (e.g., consistent in medical, variable in hotels).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
