Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out of patients and visitors.
Maintain visitor and patient records, appointment scheduling, and follow-up reminders.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, facilities, and procedures.
Handle inquiries and resolve minor complaints with courtesy, escalating when necessary.
Coordinate with departments (doctors, nurses, admin, billing, etc.) to ensure smooth patient services.
Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception/front office area.
