Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal departments.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Support basic administrative and clerical duties.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any degree.
Experience: 1-2 years in front office or receptionist role.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
