Job Description

1. Patient Reception & Communication



Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner. Assist patients with registration, check-in, and check-out processes. Provide accurate information regarding services, doctors' schedules, consultation timings, and procedures. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

2. Appointment Management



Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Maintain and update the appointment calendar and inform doctors/technicians about daily schedules. Coordinate follow-up visits and manage patient flow to reduce waiting times.

3. Documentation & Billing Support



Ensure accurate data entry of patient details into the hospital/clinic management software. Collect consultation fees, issue receipts, and coordinate with the billing team if required. Assist with patient records, reports, and documentation as per compliance guidelines.

4. Coordination & Support



Liaise with doctors, nurses, diagnostic departments, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle patient grievances politely and escalate issues to the concerned authority if necessary. Maintain the reception area -- ensure cleanliness, availability of brochures, and updated information displays.

5. Compliance & Confidentiality



Follow all healthcare service protocols and safety guidelines. Ensure patient information is handled with strict confidentiality as per data protection norms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
