Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy.
Handle front desk operations - calls, emails, visitor coordination.
Maintain visitor logs, schedule appointments, and issue visitor passes.
Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, printing, document handling).
Ensure the reception and office space remain clean and presentable.
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, client visits, and hospitality.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
0-1 year of experience in front office/reception (real estate/corporate preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (Tamil required, Hindi is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
