Job Summary:
The position of a Customer Support Representative at Trend Works plays a pivotal
role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and guests.
They serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations and a
positive experience for all visitors. This position requires excellent interpersonal
skills and adaptability in a dynamic coworking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer and Guest Engagement:
? Warmly welcome customers, guests, and visitors as they enter the space.
? Provide information about services and amenities
? Foster a sense of community by facilitating introductions and connections
among clients.
? Collect and share feedback from customers to improve their experience.
Reception and Communication:
? Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
? Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and
coworkers.
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure
timely delivery of services and resolve any vendor-related issues promptly.
Access and Security:
? Monitor entry and exit to maintain a safe and secure environment.
? Assist in handling access issues and addressing security concerns.
Space Management:
? Manage reservations for meeting rooms, workstations, and private offices.
? Oversee the allocation of workspace, ensuring a smooth check-in and
check-out process.
? Maintain an organised and clean reception area and common spaces.
Administrative Support:
? Assist with administrative tasks, including mail and package handling,
photocopying, and document
management.
? Manage client-related administrative tasks, such as billing inquiries and
clientship renewals.
? Keep records of the space usage and occupancy.
Technology and Equipment:
? Familiarise clients with technology resources, such as printers, scanners,
and audiovisual equipment.
? Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers with connectivity.
? Ensure all equipment and amenities are in good working order.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years in customer service, hospitality,
or a similar role is preferred.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
? Positive and professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
? Flexibility in adapting to changing coworking space dynamics.
? Knowledge of the industry and trends is advantageous.
Working as a customer support representative in an office space requires a
