We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed
Requirements:
Only female candidates
Must be unmarried
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Added Advantage)
Presentable appearance and polite demeanor
Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus
Working Hours:
9.30-5.30
Salary:
8,000-12,000
