Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly & very good appearance, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist should make a positive impression, greet visitors warmly, and ensure the smooth flow of communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and presentation
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
Schedule meetings and appointments when required
Coordinate with housekeeping and admin for office upkeep
Handle basic administrative duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Assist HR/Admin teams with clerical support as needed
Monitor front desk supplies and order as necessary
Handle queries and complaints from visitors or callers politely and efficiently
Required skills & Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Presentable very good appearance and professional behavior
Minimum Graduate in any discipline
