Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room bookings
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and client needs
Receive, sort, and distribute mails and courier deliveries
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure office security by following visitor procedures
Handle customer or guest queries and direct them appropriately

Pay: ₹10,186.65 - ₹19,592.48 per month
