Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and energetic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to call leads provided by the company, build strong customer relationships, and convert them into confirmed business. --- Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with leads provided by the company. Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients. Share company packages and details professionally through WhatsApp. Do proper follow-up until the lead is closed. Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and closing status. Attend calls on the company SIM even on Sunday (return call when free if missed). Support office-related sales communication tasks. --- Work Timing 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Breaks: 45 min lunch 15 min tea break Weekly Holiday: Sunday --- Salary & Incentives Basic Salary + Incentive (Based on Closing Business) Incentive amount will depend on the value of business you close. Extra Incentive: If you close any agreement through your own personal contact or lead, you will get higher incentive for that deal. --- Requirements Good communication skills and a friendly attitude. Strong follow-up skills and closing ability. Basic WhatsApp and mobile handling skills. Professional, disciplined, and responsible.
