We are looking for a Front Office Assistant who can manage reception, handle administrative tasks, and actively support tele-calling and student enrollment activities. The role involves welcoming visitors, coordinating office operations, making outbound calls to prospective students, and assisting the sales team in achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and student inquiries.
Conduct tele-calling to prospective students and follow up on leads.
Explain course details and guide students through admission procedures.
Support sales and marketing functions to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain student records and manage office documentation.
Coordinate with faculty and staff for scheduling classes and meetings.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment at the reception.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Pleasant personality with customer service and sales orientation.
Prior experience in front office / tele-calling / sales will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
