Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Visitor & Client Handling
Assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
Provide basic information about the company, products, or services.
3. Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with basic data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
Maintain office supplies and inform administration when replenishment is needed.
4. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings and inquiries.
Relay important messages or updates to staff.
Assist HR with routine tasks when required.
