We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist with at least one year of experience working in an office environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling front desk responsibilities, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and basic office coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier
Maintain visitor logs and basic documentation
Provide administrative support to the office team as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Professional, organized, and presentable
