We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties, greet visitors, handle calls, and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Answer and route phone calls
Manage reception area and visitor records
Handle mail, couriers, and meeting room coordination
Provide basic administrative support
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
1-2 years of front desk or receptionist experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Skills:
Customer-focused attitude
Presentable and professional
Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
