Greet and guide patients and visitors courteously
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Register new patients and update records in the hospital management system
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and administrative staff
Handle patient check-in/check-out and assist in basic billing procedures
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
(Any stream)
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software, data entry)
Fluent in English and local languages (spoken and written)
Professional appearance and communication skills
Customer service attitude and problem-solving ability
