This role is for someone who is good with people, follows up properly, and helps clients feel cared for -- from enquiry to regular sessions. You will also be responsible for maintaining basic client records and supporting our team with simple marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming enquiries via phone and WhatsApp
Explain counselling process, services, and fee structure
Fix appointments, follow up regularly
Greet and guide clients during their visit
Motivate clients to continue counselling (upselling)
Update and maintain client follow-up records and attendance
Assist with WhatsApp status, daily post sharing, and basic promotion (as guided)
Report to the centre manager

Requirements:
1-3 years experience in clinic, school, telecalling, hospital, front desk, or similar
Fluent in Tamil (English & Malayalam an advantage)
Emotionally mature, responsible, and polite
Able to maintain confidentiality and records accurately
Comfortable using mobile, WhatsApp, and basic Google Sheets or registers
Willing to commit for the long term
