Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using PMS (Property Management System).
Assign rooms based on availability and guest preferences.
Maintain front desk records, bills, receipts, and ensure accurate payment collection.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest needs.
Communication & Coordination
Answer phone calls efficiently and route them to the appropriate departments.
Communicate guest feedback and special requests to relevant teams.
Assist in managing arrivals, departures, and in-house guest lists.
Administrative Tasks
Prepare daily reports: occupancy, arrivals, departures, and revenue summaries.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk environment.
Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hotel/resort experience preferred).
Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloud PMS).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Professional grooming and etiquette.
