Job Description

The Front Office Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests, managing reservations, and delivering excellent guest service at the front desk. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness. Maintain front office records and ensure accurate data entry in the PMS (Property Management System). Ensure lobby area is clean, presentable, and welcoming. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately. Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in front office operations in the hotel industry. Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent grooming and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

Job Summary:



The Receptionist is the face of the hotel, responsible for delivering a warm welcome and ensuring that guest inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries via phone and email. Provide information about hotel services, room availability, and local attractions. Greet walk-in customers and direct them appropriately. Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes when needed. Maintain front desk area in a clean and organized condition. Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks. Assist with guest registration and assigning rooms.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus. 0-2 years of front desk or customer service experience. Knowledge of front desk systems or basic computer skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays
