As a Office Receptionist, your responsibilities include:
Handling incoming and outgoing call
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Recording details in the visitor log and adhering strictly to company security protocols
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mails
Coordinate and oversee the maintenance staff for office upkeep
