Front Office Receptionist
who can create a warm, welcoming experience for parents, visitors, and students.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and receive visitors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and student/parent inquiries.
Support admission-related coordination and documentation.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth communication flow.
Assist the administration team with daily tasks.
Requirements
Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Prior experience in a school or customer-facing role preferred.
Pleasant personality and professional conduct.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
