Front Office Receptionist

Job Description

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide a warm, friendly welcome.

Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales executive.

Ensure customers are comfortable while waiting, offering refreshments if applicable.

Maintain and update the walk-in register daily.

Record customer details, including name, contact information, and purpose of visit.

Conduct daily inspections of showroom vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentable.

Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.

Ensure vehicles are positioned properly and display information is accurate and up-to-date.

Assist with answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries.

Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and gather feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
