Job Description

The Front office Staff are responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of an office. Serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, they are responsible for creating a great first impression of the company.

Job responsibilities :

1) Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. 2) Taking calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department 3) Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages 4) Scheduling Bookings or Appointments. 5) Organizing and maintaining files and records along with office supplies. 6) Providing customer service and addressing the complaints
