Urgently looking for Front Office Executive.

Gender:Female.

Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in similar position.

Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.

Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Develop and implement effective filing systems.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?17,500.00 per month
