Receptionist Responsibilities



Front Office Management:

Greening visitors, answering phones, and directing calls

Administrative Task:

Creating documents, managing schedules, and updating files

Record Keeping:

Maintaining visitor logs, call logs, and other records

Qualifications and Skills

Computer Skills:



MS Office Suite:

Proficiency in MS Word is a must and knowledge of other programs like Excel and PowerPoint is often required

Other Computer Knowledge:

Basic computer knowledge, including internet use and DTP( Desktop Publishing), is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
