Job Summary



We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our organization.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Required Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications



Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred 1+ years of experience in front desk or customer service roles Fluency in English and [regional language if applicable] Familiarity with front office software and systems
