Front Office Executive (Female - Age below 25)

to manage our front desk and handle various administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the front desk and reception area in a neat and presentable condition. Provide basic and accurate information to clients and guests in person or via phone/email. Coordinate with internal departments as necessary. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and inventory of office supplies. Maintain visitor and staff attendance records if required.

1-3 years in a similar role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable appearance and professional conduct Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Strong organizational and coordination skills
