Manage daily front office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and decorum within the premises.
Attend incoming calls and visitors, and route them appropriately.
Student Coordination & Fee Collection
Maintain student records and follow up for pending fee payments.
Update payment status in the system and issue receipts accordingly.
Handle queries from students/parents regarding fees, classes, or general matters.
Training Schedule Coordination
Coordinate with trainers to prepare and update monthly/weekly training calendars.
Ensure all classrooms are scheduled properly and avoid conflicts in sessions.
Share class schedules with students and trainers on time.
Trainer & Batch Coordination
Communicate regularly with trainers to ensure their availability and session planning.
Address any scheduling conflicts or trainer/student concerns immediately.
Sales & Admission Support
Coordinate with the sales and admission team regarding new enrollments.
Update front office with current admission status and upcoming batches.
Assist in basic follow-up with walk-in leads or inquiries if needed.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, trainer sessions, and office activities.
Generate reports related to fees, student progress, and schedule tracking when required.
General Responsibilities
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
Assist the management with admin-related tasks and special initiatives.
Handle basic logistical needs for sessions and events.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Thammanam, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
