Vihaari 24 Business Hotel is seeking an attentive and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. Your main responsibilities will include managing reservations, providing information about hotel services, and responding to guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
Manage room reservations and handle online and telephone bookings.
Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate records and keep the reception area organized.
Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
Follow safety protocols and ensure guest privacy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
