Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle visitor registrations, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them to the concerned departments if required.
Assist guests with information, directions, and support as needed.
Coordinate with the housekeeping team for office/guest area cleanliness, room readiness, and daily maintenance tasks.
Raise housekeeping requests and ensure timely completion.
Monitor pantry supplies, office hygiene, and day-to-day facility upkeep.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly records of housekeeping activities, front desk operations, inventory, and other administrative logs.
Handle bill preparation, expense tracking, and vendor invoices related to front office and housekeeping.
Ensure proper documentation and filing.
Manage courier dispatch, receiving, and tracking.
Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are equipped and clean.
Support HR/Admin teams in organizing events or office activities when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.
Proven experience as Front Office Executive/Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
