Key responsibilities



First point of contact

: Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Communication

: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.

Administrative tasks

: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, schedule appointments, and maintain visitor logs.

Office management

: Keep the reception area and front office neat and organized, and ensure office supplies are stocked.

Support

: Provide general administrative support to staff and management as needed.

Necessary skills and qualifications



Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Organization

: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Customer service

: A friendly and professional demeanor to handle visitors and their needs effectively.

Technical

: Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other office equipment.

Problem-solving

: Ability to manage time and solve everyday problems.

Experience

: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is often preferred.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
