to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will represent the company with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Manage the front desk by receiving and directing phone calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
Coordinate with internal departments as required.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Language: Kannada & English
