The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role manages front-desk operations, handles communications, and provides administrative support to maintain smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Maintain visitor records and issue badges/passes when required.
Communication Management
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Administrative Support
Maintain and update front-office records, registers, and contact lists.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Support HR and admin teams with routine clerical tasks.
Coordination
Liaise with vendors, courier services, and maintenance teams for operational needs.
Coordinate internal communication for announcements and updates.
Office Management
Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Ensure availability of office supplies and manage requisitions as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration, hospitality, or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in front office or customer service roles (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
