Greet and welcome walk-in guests at the Amoeba store courteously.
Provide basic information about the facility, games, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Coordinate with the store operations and floor staff to ensure smooth customer service.
Manage visitor entries, customer inquiries, and direct them as required.
Handle incoming calls, route them to concerned teams, or provide immediate assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk/reception area at all times.
Support ticketing, billing, and promotional activities as needed.
Assist in handling customer complaints and forward them to the concerned team for resolution.
Keep stock of front desk supplies (forms, brochures, stationery, etc.) and place orders when needed.
? Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing/front office roles (preferably in retail, hospitality, or malls).
Good communication skills in
English and Kannada
(Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with professionalism and confidence
