Responsible for welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in/check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests at arrival and departure
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
Maintain front office records and billing accuracy
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of PMS and basic computer skills
Professional grooming and friendly demeanor
Ability to work in shifts
Qualification & Experience:
Hotel Management / Any graduate preferred
Freshers or 1-3 years experience in hotel/resort front office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
