Graduate / Diploma (Hospital Management or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare front office role.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Computer literacy (MS Office, hospital management software).
Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients, visitors, and attendants with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle patient inquiries, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
Guide patients to doctors, diagnostic departments, or wards as required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments for seamless service.
Manage telephone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence.
Maintain accurate patient records, appointment logs, and daily reports.
Assist in admission and discharge procedures.
Handle cash/online payments for registration and issue receipts (if applicable).
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Resolve patient concerns promptly or escalate to management when required.
