We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate has a background in the healthcare industry, possesses excellent communication skills, and can manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Welcome & Registration: Greet patients and visitors warmly. Handle patient registration, verify details, and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for doctors and consultants using our internal system. Manage the queue to minimize patient waiting time.
Call Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally, address patient queries regarding timings/services, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
Documentation & Records: Maintain patient records, files, and digital databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Billing Support: Assist with basic billing, collecting consultation fees, and issuing receipts when required.
Coordination: Coordinate between patients, nursing staff, and doctors to ensure smooth operations.
General Admin: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary stationery/forms.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Previous experience in a Hospital, Clinic, or Diagnostic Center is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent qualification).
