Greet and assist students, parents, faculty, and visitors.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Handle email communications and forward messages appropriately.
Provide accurate information about college programs, schedules, and procedures.
Maintain student records and update files.
Assist in admissions processing, including distributing and collecting application forms.
Schedule appointments for faculty or administrative staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Data entry and maintaining electronic databases.
Prepare reports, letters, or notices as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Provide administrative assistance to department heads or professors.
Help in preparing teaching materials or printing handouts.
Support student registration or fee collection procedures.
