Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle visitor logbooks, ID verification, and issue visitor passes when required.
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees.
Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or direct them to appropriate personnel.
