to manage the front desk operations of our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor appointments
Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Assist HR/Admin team with office coordination and employee communication
Ensure compliance with company security and safety procedures
Required Qualifications & Skills
Female candidate only
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (manufacturing industry preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
