Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Address guest queries and complaints promptly.
Maintain lobby readiness and support upselling villa services.
Requirements:
1-2 years of front office experience in hospitality (villa, resort, or hotel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualification:
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
