Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Ensure accurate registration of guests, and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Collect payments, verify billing, and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly.
Provide clear information about hotel policies, services, and facilities.
Maintain an accurate and updated log of daily activities, guest information, and occupancy status.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management.
Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and report any discrepancies.
