Responsibilities
Take care of the Check in's and Check Outs
Handling guest queries and complaints
Managing and co-ordinating with OTA's ( online travel agencies ) & travel agents
Cordinate with different departments like housekeeping and F&B
Handling guest complaints in a mature and professional manner
Ideal Candidate
You should have ideally worked in the Hospitality sector for 2 years
Fluent in communicating in Hindi and English
Should have working knowledge of using computers , Excel sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
